Today, I’m going to share how to make Adult Granola (yes, you read that correctly!) … and a recent success.
First, the success…
You may not know this about me, but I am not a techy person. Yes, I have a blog. And, yes, I have a podcast. (Although some days, I don’t know how!) The tech side of things leaves me scratching my head. What should be simple is just… not.
Anyway, many of you are aware that I’ve been muddling through some e-mail subscriber issues. Some people who had signed up for my RSS feed reported that they were not receiving emails. And other folks wanted an actual weekly newsletter instead.
Well… I finally figured it out. Actually, someone else did.
(It’s important to ask for help when you need it!)
Two subscriber options that actually work:
I now have two subscriber options and they actually work. If interested, you can read more about subscriber benefits here. Good things are in the works now that this issue has been resolved, I promise!
- Weekly newsletter- subscribe here
- RSS feed (new posts to your inbox the day they are published) - subscribe here
If interested, you can sign up for one or the other or both. It’s up to you. You can also sign up for diddly squat and I won’t judge. I am just happy to report this is finally figured out.
And now, something delicious…
Today, I’m over on The Homeschool Sisters and I’m sharing how I muddled through something different: those early months and years of motherhood. (Hint: Adult Granola)
Adult Granola Tutorial…And A Recent Success!
Here’s the excerpt:
You see, some seasons of motherhood are harder than others.
Some seasons are riddled with sleepless nights, colic, nonstop illnesses, and toddler tantrums.
The days feel endless and yet the months and years go by in a blur.
You try to do all the things, to search for that elusive thing they call ‘balance’, but you just end up crying in your Cheerio-littered kitchen, surrounded by overflowing laundry baskets.
Every morning begins the same, filled with the very best of intentions. There are so many things you will do today…
…but every evening you crawl into bed, too late, feeling defeated.
It is in these seasons that mothers need to give themselves a collective break. They need to find something that brings them joy and do that.
And that’s where Adult Granola comes into play…
I’d love it if you could head over to The Homeschool Sisters, read the rest, and share how you muddled through those uncertain years. You can read the post here.
