I don’t know about you guys, but I’m always on the search for quality reading material for my children. As an educator and homeschool mom, I strive to promote literacy by exposing my children to a variety of print, including books, newspapers, and magazines.
The trouble with magazines and newspapers is the advertisements. I no sooner hand over a magazine than my kids are requesting some new fangled, usually noisy, toy.
And, as the parent of three sensitive children, I am constantly on the hunt for magazines that are free of anything scary.
I am overjoyed when I find a quality, wholesome magazine that all of my children can enjoy without the advertisements.
