Loved it Cait – so true of my experiences as well. Many people seem to think that parenting a gifted child should be such an easy task. But boy, the asynchronisity, the sensitivites, the difficulties finding peers etc didn’t seem easy at the time. Neither was education just a matter of providing the 5 year old with books writted for those of a 14 year old reading level. Good luck on your journey.
Thanks so much, Sandra. It’s definitely not an easy journey but rather a hold-onto-your-hat roller coaster ride! đŸ™‚ I wouldn’t change it for the world, though!
