How to Make Your Own Lemonade Stand:

Hi. This is Leo. I’ve been doing Brain Chase and this week I had to try expository writing. Here is my post about how to make your own lemonade stand. I just made one last week when we were on vacation and I have plans to do more!

1. First, get a small table or cardboard box to use as a table.

2. Get some cups, paper or plastic is best.

3. Get a pitcher or something to hold the lemonade in.

4. Make some lemonade by following the instructions or ask a grown-up to help you.

This is what my Nana made for my stand.

5. Put the lemonade in the pitcher.

6. Price the lemonade at about a half a dollar or a quarter.

7. Make a sign with the price on it.

8. Make a closed and open sign if you want to.

9. Tape the signs onto the table or cardboard box.

10. Put the lemonade stand on the grass or driveway. It’s best if you have a calm road where lots of people walk around.

11. You could say, “Lemonade! Twenty-five cents!!” or whatever your price is.

12. You could get a book out or a videogame or something for waiting.

13. Have fun!
