Family Book Club Update

Hi. This is Leo. I wanted to do a Family Book Club Update. We have been reading A LOT of books but we have been really busy because we had construction in our house and then we all were sick and then the weather was nice, so today I’m going to tell you about all the books we’ve read! And then, after I tell you the books we read I am going to share some read alouds I did and some ART LESSONS!

We’ve read the following books:

Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak

The Lorax by Dr. Seuss

Then we did an entire week of Mo Willems books and that was so fun! You can find a lot of his books if you click right here to check them out. He has SO MANY good books! One of the best ones is this one:

REGINALD VON HOOBIE DOOBIE!!!!!

And then we did an entire week of Beatrix Potter. Her books are listed here, but this one is our favorite:

And there is a great audiobook that goes with it:

And then this week we are reading Frog and Toad are Friends by Arnold Lobel:

Frog and Toad also has an awesome audiobook and the narrator is the author and he’s so funny:
