Coffee and Books this morning- a Thanksgiving theme! • Readers often ask me for my favorite holiday titles. The truth is, as a book lover, it is so hard to choose favorite books! • But. • When it comes to Thanksgiving, it’s different. We love so many Thanksgiving books, but we do have a favorite! • My favorite book to read aloud to my children is Cranberry Thanksgiving by Wende Devlin. • (In fact, the entire series is fantastic and the recipe at the end of the book is worth making!) • Today, I’m sharing all of our family’s favorite Thanksgiving books on the blog. • Follow the link in my profile to see the entire list! • When you are finished reading, I’d love for you to leave a comment with your family’s favorite. Oh my goodness, you guys! I am over-the-moon excited about this one. • Have you read ‘Wonder’ with your kiddos? We are deep in it right now. Although, I’ll be honest…I read it years ago and I knew I wouldn’t be able to get through a lot of it without crying so we are listening to the audio story. • (Audiobooks and audio are *not* cheating. They just help families to read aloud MORE.) • Anyway, the book is all we think about. My kids have been banging those “daily homeschool must-dos” out of the park so that we can snuggle up and listen to Wonder! • We plan to see the movie as soon as we finish and then move on to ‘Me and Auggie’ but I was super excited to find THIS. • This book features a quote a day about kindness, courage, friendship, and love. • I love it so much that I woke up this morning and added it to my 50+ Educational Stocking Stuffers post. • It’s THAT GOOD! • What will you read today?
